Pickup & delivery

20 or more pieces a week: 10% off every piece. Poly-cotton uniforms receive light starch only.
Crisp, the old-fashioned way
Starch, +$1 per item
Our starch is fragrance-free. Washed items can have light, medium, or heavy. Press-only items and dresses can have light or medium, as long as the item and its fabric are on the can-be-starched list below. Poly-cotton blends get light only.

Cannot be starched

We check every care label. If an item's fabric can't take starch, we press it without starch, you won't be charged the $1, and we note on your profile that the item can't be starched.
Buttons
- Loose buttons are tightened free. It's part of the craft.
- Replacement is free when your garment has a spare, and 35¢ per button when it doesn't.
- With no spare, we move buttons so the replacement sits at the collar or an inside hem, keeping your front buttons matched.
- We'll sew on specialty buttons you send with the garment.
- If automatic approval isn't signed on your profile, we'll text you, and that garment waits until you approve.
- We don't replace snaps or zippers.
Sweaters
- Washable sweaters (cotton, acrylic, synthetic blends, superwash merino) are washed cold and dried flat, never hung.
- "Dry clean only" sweaters (wool, cashmere, mohair, angora, beaded) are steamed and pressed only. They're refreshed, not cleaned, so stains and odors may remain.
- Sweaters are the only items we fold, and they come back in a reusable box. Everything else comes back hung.
- Heavy knits may need an extra day to dry. You choose: we deliver the rest of your order on time and bring the sweater separately, or hold the whole order until it's dry.

Our policies at a glance
Your profile
Sign your agreement, approvals, and releases on your NPC profile. Everything stays there to look back on.
Inspection & tracking
Bags are weighed at your door and our workspace. Existing damage gets time-stamped photos. No barcodes or safety pins on your clothes.
Approvals & releases
Anything your approvals don't cover is held until you OK it by text. Risky garments need a signed release, one item at a time.
Pickups & deliveries
Pick your nights and pickup and delivery windows. Bags and supplies are dropped off the morning of your pickup. One missed pickup a week is free, then $3. Delivery at your door or contactless with photo proof.
Payment
Due before delivery, and we cover all card fees. Unpaid balances pause service, and garments in our care are held until paid.
Damage & claims
If we cause damage, we pay fair value under the industry's Fair Claims Guide. We aren't responsible for manufacturer defects or pre-existing damage.
